Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging
Free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear
Final sale items, including clearance, custom-made, or personalized products, are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the correct item. This ensures the fastest turnaround and availability.
How to Return
Contact us at (hustlebhumble@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
